Mverma –
Excellent quality. The size was perfect. I can even drop a brick on the shoe and nothing will happen to my toe.

I needed new steel-toe shoes for work. I work at a galvanzing plant and it’s for my safety, even though I work in the office. These shoes are convenient, no laces, I like the zip-up. They look nice and and they are comfortable and true to fit, not too loose and not too tight. I have a wider foot and range from 8 1/2-9. The 9’s were definitely the way to go.

As these are steel toed shoes they do feel bulkier but they fit well. I don’t need to wear the all day just for brief instances, they’re comfortable for that. The heel felt a tad big but the rest of the shoe fit well so it wasn’t a problem. I do like them better than my sneaker version. I can wear these while dressed up and not really look like I’m wearing steel toes shoes.

I have planters fasciitis along with bunions and a hammer toe so I purchased these shoes hoping they would work for me since I stand and walk all day at work. They are comfortable but my hammer toe rubs against the steel toe every time I take a step.

I like the look of this shoe and was disappointed when I put them on. This is my standard size but the length is too short. My big toes went right up to the end and rubbed the tip of the shoes.

The footbed of these were horribly uncomfortable. If I add an insole, I usually do so on top of the manufactured one. I think these would be too tight with an added insole. I expected these to be heavy; just not these heavy. I choose these for function not fashion. They would have been okay under any pant leg from a straight leg & larger leg width. Returned.

I normally wear an 8 or 8 1/2 narrow. Since the safety shoes do not come in narrow I took a 9 medium. My toes come to the end of the shoe so I could not have used a shorter size. With insoles the shoe fits better in width. They still slipped at the heel so I have 2 heel pads at the back of each shoe. I would exchange the shoes except I doubt another style would fit better. I do like the zipper style. The shoes are not too heavy.

I wear a six wide and this shoe felt very tight on my foot. Returning them.

They feel a bit large but I’m okay with it because they are work shoes and I should be wearing thicker socks with them but it’s summertime so I have thin socks. They are comfortable in the toe box which is important to me. Easy to get on and off which I love and you would never know they are steel toed because they look so stylish. I really like them. I’ll probably try a half size smaller for a summer shoe. Thanks Rockport and Zappos for making shoe shopping fun again. After all we are all Cinderellas

I feel the shoes are bulky and not what I was looking for. I’m a nurse and I was looking for a comfortable shoe that was going to support me all day and I thought Rockport brand would be it

After reading the reviews I was afraid I had made a mistake on the size. However, the shoes fit fine for me….I am on my feet all day so because they were new I was changing by 3:00 that afternoon. Hopefully I’ll get them broke in soon. You have to scuff them on the concrete to avoid slipping. Overall I am pleased.

It’s narrow in all the wrong places and it’s simultaneously too loose. The toe box comes to a slight point, no one’s feet or toes does that. This is how foot problems start, from bad shoe design that we’re forced to wear because there’s barely a choice for shoe wearers. The shoes themselves are awfully loose in the ankle area. I’m just clopping around in this ill fitting shoes.

shoe looked great, not comfortable, tight at toes and tight width even though had ordered wide.

This is my 2nd pair, Love these shoes! I usually wear a medium width in a regular shoe, but in a steel or composite toe I always buy a wide.

Felt smaller than actual size. One thing though, my achilles’ heel is killing me, left so-so but right very much so. Thank you.

I just received my new shoes and spent about 5-10 minutes walking in them to see if they felt okay. While one foot experienced no discomfort the other did. They were the right size, I usually wear a size 9 in normal shoes and ordered a 9W. While the fit was right the steel toe felt narrow. I will have to return them.

I like the width but have to wear a thicker sock to avoid feeling the steel toe. Otherwise great shoe and will buy again.

Liked that they were wider, but were quite short.

the heal portion rubs a blister on my achilleas tendon area, I have to wear thicker socks to deal with it
Donetta –
I love the style. The toe area is bit narrow Do I could have went up a half size. They are beginning to stretch somewhat from wear. Overall wearable.

Liked the look of shoe. I usually wear an 8 1/2 but in wide they were too big. Trying to wear shoes with a wider toe box due to bunion therefore I’m going to exchange for an 8 wide. fingers crossed the 8 wide will be the right fit.
