A GORGEOUS SHOE!!
I ordered both a 9W and a 8.5 W
And I must return BOTH. With the 9W there was a 1/2 inch gap between my heel and the shoe. They slipped off when I walked.
But when I tried on the 8.5W the shoe was tight and much too small. Yet this same size had fit in another style. Not sure what to tell anyone, because I LOVE Rockport. But the difference in the sizes was not a 1/2 size. The 9 felt like a 9.5 and the 8.5 felt like an 8. Sorry Rockport. You are my favorite shoe, but this was wierd. I double checked the sizes printed inside and they were true to the boxes, so I am not sure, but I can’t even reorder another size. And I wanted to!

I have high arches and slightly wider feet which leads to a variety of sizes in my closet depending on the style and brand of shoe. I have two other styles of Rockport flats/loafers that I love in a 9.5, but I wasn’t sure if the pointed toe and the patent leather of these would mean the same 9.5 size. I ended up trying the 9.5M, 9.5W, and a 10 just to be sure and the 9.5M ended up being the winner! The “Warm Taupe Soft Patent” is a beautiful shoe that can be worn for nicer occasions or to take a jeans and white blouse outfit up a notch! They are incredibly comfortable and thank you Zappos for helping me find the perfect fit for a shoe that can be worn with so many outfits!

I love these extremely versatile shoes. They’re professional (so I can wear them to work), yet casual, and cute, so I can wear them with dress pants, jeans, or a dress for a date night. The toe is not that pointy as I would have liked, but I actually prefer them so they don’t make my feet look twice as long as they are! They also don’t squish my toes, which I love. The fabric is soft and a lovely berry/wine color (more purple than red), and are going to be perfect for fall.
My feet are narrow, but the regular width is good (a bit wide for me, but not a problem like I’m used to, so they may run on the narrow side).
I purchased them in my usual size (6.5) as well as half a size up and half a size down, and my usual size was the best fit. The arch support is good (even for my high arches) and I’m confident that I will survive a whole day on my feet wearing these!
All in all, I definitely recommend these shoes. They’re a great investment!

I love these, but the sizing didn’t work, so they are going back… I have wide feet and wear between 10/10W/11, depending on the brand. In 10W, these still pressed in on my big toe a little too much – it was going to end up marking the patent leather, I’m sure. I would love to try a 10.5W, but that doesn’t seem to be available.
I bought these as winter flats – something a bit more sturdy and would be okay in a bit of weather, and hold up to all my walking. These seem to be made of the stuff for that, with some really great cushioning inside and a good sole, just got unlucky in size. Will have to try again!

Black – not charcoal, in case the photo makes you wonder. These are great classics – go out to dinner, go to a job interview, and, especially if you wear pants, people think you showed up in heels. I like flats with a little heel, not too low on the sides, otherwise they can look sloppy after the breaking in. These are well built, so you don’t “roll” on an uneven surface, and pebbles don’t roll in. I ordered my usual size (what are these shoes that people report are unusually narrow AND unusually wide?) and even though I have bunions left from trying too hard to please, that’s just where these flare out, but with no “toe cleavage” and they’re just right. Rockport people, never stop making these!

Wonderful shoe! This shoe is amazingly comfortable and feels great right out of the box, as is typical with most Rockport shoes. This is the first pair of pointy toed shoes I’ve purchased in many years and they are so comfortable, it will be fun to wear them.

These are the most comfortable pointed toe flats I have ever worn. Very clean lines, can wear them dressed up or down. I actually wore them almost all day just running around and doing errands, and I only started feeling my feet pinch a little bit around 5 pm, and that is when I changed shoes. They are not super pointy, just enough to look nice and be functionally comfortable. The padding inside is wonderful. I am a 7.5 to an 8 and one foot is a little wider than the other. I ordered a 7.5 W and it was perfect. I realize everyone’s foot is different but I generally have a difficult time finding shoes that are cute and comfortable.

These shoes are sharp looking. The leather is soft. The insole is very comfortable. I returned them because I have a bunion on my right foot that requires a really soft and pliable material to not irritate it. Me too’s and most ballet flats with elastic seem to do the best for me.

I love these! They are the only pointy toe shoes I’ve been able to wear comfortably. I have wide feet and have had broken toes and foot surgery, so I’m not an easy customer for this style. The style works with everything from jeans to dresses. I’d buy them again in a heartbeat. I wish, though, that they were available in beige.

This shoe is very comfortable right of the box. I love the style of this flat because it’s looks great with both business casual and business professional wear. Very impressed with the quality look and feel. The pointed toe box was surprisingly comfortable and my toes weren’t crammed, which I was initially concerned about looking at the pictures. This is by far one of my new favorites!

I initially bought the size 9 (my usual shoe size) and while they initially felt like they fit, I decided to return them and purchase a half size up, and I’m glad I did. Because of the way the toe comes to a point, the 9’s pinched my toes unbearably after a few minutes, but the 9.5’s fit well around the toes. They are leather, so perhaps they would have stretched, but I prefer to have shoes fit well from Day 1, especially if I’m spending more than $20 on them! I would say that the 9/5’s are just a hair bigger than I’d like in the foot length, but on bare feet (without stockings) or with one of those moleskin like sticky pads on the back of the shoe they’ll be fine, and my toes won’t suffer. I like the style of these because while the toes aren’t too pointy, with a pantsuit on it looks like I’m wearing heels, but I get to be secretly comfortable! Fashion win, in my book!
I would definitely buy these again, I love the style and the soles of the shoes are comfortable and supportive for what are essentially fancy ballet flats!

Pleasantly surprised. Ordered a 9W. Usually, I am 8.5. Glad I got the 9. A tiny bit tight in the toes. Overall very comfortable. The anti-slip sole is great. The shoe looks smashing on your foot.

I think these shoes have saved my feet. After decades of wearing heels, my toes had become painful and arthritic to the point that no shoes really worked for any length of time without extreme pain. I was beginning to picture myself becoming one of those old ladies who has to wear sneakers or orthopedic shoes to church. I bought these in a wide width to give the toes some room and wore them whenever I would normally have worn heels for the past six month.s. The patent leather and pointy toe gave my foot the same look as if I were wearing a heel, even in my dressiest dresses. I found myself wearing them nearly all of the time because they are so comfortable and flattering with more casual outfits as well. My feet are amazingly improved. The inflammation has gone down so much that every other shoe in my closet is now comfortable, and these shoes are loose. They haven’t stretched. (They are patent leather, which rarely stretches). My feet have just improved that much. I have ordered them in one half size smaller. Excellent choice for women who have beaten their feet to death.

I love how they look on (and off) and the support is amazing for a flat shoe. But, unfortunately, the size feels a bit small and it’s hurting my left heel when I walk. There is more of a dent on the left heel which cuts into mine. I’ll wear them but not as often as I would like to.??

The look and comfort of this shoe are very nice; however the sole started to separate from the tip of the shoe in front after wearing only a few times. Very disappointed they are not holding up well at all. Was not a good purchase. Would not recommend.

I was looking forward to a nice low vamp shoe. Very hard to find one that is comfortable. These are definitely not comfortable. While the shoe is wide enough for my feet, the vamp cuts right across the knuckle of the big toe. Very painful. Must return. I am disappointing. It’s a nice looking shoe though.

These shoes are really cute! The patent leather gives a plain black flat some pizzaz and the pointed toe is trendy, but did not work for my extra wide feet. The toe box is smaller due to the pointed toe and was painful for me to wear. Lovely shoe that I’m sad to return.
