This is my second pair of Rockport shoes in a wide width. I can’t wear either of them because the shoes are about a half size (not sure) too long. When I try to walk, I step out of them. I’d have to try on a regular size 5 to see if just the wides are this way or maybe their sizing is off. These are going back

I agree with the other reviewer. I am usually a size 6 and often cannot wear flats comfortably because of the shape of my foot, which is wide in front and a narrow heel. I bought a 6W and they would have been perfect and seem very comfortable except that they are 1/2 to a full size too long. I may try a 5.5 with inserts as size 5 is sold out in wide. I am not usually a size 5 but maybe not having to stretch the shoe around my wide foot left me with length.
